Shel Bell Sullivan is the primary artist at Face Paint Culture. An artist and designer near Grand Rapids, Michigan, Shel holds a bachelor's degree in fine art from Kendall College of Art & Design and has been working professionally as a designer and Creative Director for over 25 years. Face Paint Culture began about 5 years ago—at first painting faces for family and friends and face painting professionally for the past 3 years. We are able to create beautiful, unique designs, fast! We use professional, top quality paint and products, designed to be safe on the skin. Locally owned and operated, we aim to provide the best face painting service around. Customer satisfaction is a top priority. 

From our fast and fabulous painting for busy events to one off custom designs, there is something for everyone….. Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Glitter Bars, Weddings, Corporate Events, Business Promotions, Prenatal Belly Paintings, Community Events.... We can do it all!
